Sweetheart aquamarine earrings!  Beautiful blue/green aquamarines, cut into puffed heart shapes dangle from pave diamond set lever-back gold vermeil.  Thin strips of leather, sewn with a 14k gold-filled bead connect the earwires to the aquamarine gemstones.
