Refund policy

My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied and in love with your purchase.  I have a 7-day from order receipt return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to mail it back to me insured for a full refund or an exchange.  I will accept returns and exchanges that you initiate within 7 days for jewelry that is unworn, in the condition in which you received it and in the original packaging.  You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping charges. 

Please contact me at hello@byjillhubbard.com for the return mailing address and to let me know if you wish to return or exchange your purchase.  

If these terms are met, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge and the return shipping. Please include all of your contact information inside of the package. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged in transit, please message me at hello@byjillhubbard.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Exchanges
If you are interested in exchanging your item, exchanges must be requested within 7 days.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Buyer will incur charges for all exchange shipping.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
